Hi Friends/Family/Fellow Human Beings,

We are constantly waging chemical warfare against ourselves and the environment due to our everyday use, contact, and exposure to harmful chemicals, food additives, GMOs…the list goes on and on. This warfare has vast negative effects on our bodies, which are very sensitive to chemical exposure, AND has catastrophic effects on the health of our delicate, precious environment.

As consumers, we have the power to change Business As Usual by making careful choices of the products we buy and use each and every day.

In the name of consumer awareness and responsibility, here are a few online resources that I find very useful:

The Good Guide - Provides rating scales for all sorts of products and companies based on safety, health, green, and ethical guidelines:
http://www.goodguide.com/

Seafood Watch - Gives ratings to varieties of seafood based on abundance, management, environmental-impacts, sustainability, etc.:

B Corp - Certification program that highlights businesses that meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency:
